My office phone is also my cell phone, which makes getting me on the phone a whole lot easier. If you do get a voice mail, that means I am with a client either on the phone or in person. I value my clients and their time, so as a courtesy to them I do not answer my phone, which is the same courtesy you will receive when I am with you.
